Configure In-House apps with AppConfig

The In-House app Library Item now supports managed app configuration (AppConfig) for all Apple platforms: iOS, iPadOS, tvOS, and visionOS. This works the same way as AppConfig for App Store apps. When uploading an In-House app, you can set an app configuration by pasting an XML dictionary of key-value pairs. When the app deploys to devices, the XML dictionary installs automatically, configuring the app over-the-air. Any edits to the app configuration automatically deploy to all assigned devices.
